Didn't post a song yesterday, and this one hardly makes up for it. blah blah

Day 2

I made it through another day. I yawned many times while writing this song and maybe once or twice while recording it. I think I am tired.



(my new and perhaps only goal for the next two weeks is to write a happy song, or at least a deceptively happy song)

One Year Anniversary Edition!!

It's been exactly one year since I started Una Canción de Cada Día. I'm going to try to do a two week anniversary edition. It may only last one day. Or two. Maybe a week if I'm lucky. Maybe two if the universe is really on my side.

If you followed Una Canción last year, I love you and thank you thank you. If you are new to the project, I welcome you with my very open arms and I will love you and I do thank you.

I don't know what more to say. Probably because I've never been married or owned a furniture store so I don't know how you're supposed to celebrate a one year anniversary. Give me paper! All couches half off!

So here's a song I wrote today. I regret to admit that I'm still writing songs about boys even though I wish I'd gotten that out of system after a year.




Also, I'm afraid the links to last year's songs are all broken. I may try to fix them someday, but it's probably for the best.

AT LAST!

After two wonderful shows, one in Alamosa and one in New Haven, and many many days, I am again promising to write a song a day. Starting with this one.
